Getting help
The in-app support assistant and support tickets: where to ask how KnowledgeRetention works, what the assistant can and cannot see, and how to reach a person.

Where do I get help inside my workspace?
Open Support in the left-hand navigation of your workspace. It has two parts: an assistant that answers questions about how KnowledgeRetention works, and a ticket form that reaches the ChAImp support team. Both are available to every member on every plan — support is never behind a paywall.
What does the support assistant know, and what can it see?
The assistant answers only from this documentation — the same help-center content you are reading now. It cannot see your organization's captured knowledge, roles, people, or documents, and nothing you type to it is stored by KnowledgeRetention. It runs on ChAImp's own AI credential for this product; you never provide or manage an AI key, and the assistant will never ask you for one. If it is not switched on for your deployment, the page says so and the ticket form still works.
What does "the support assistant has used its monthly allowance" mean?
ChAImp funds the assistant for every product with a monthly allowance. When KnowledgeRetention's allowance for the month is spent, the assistant stops answering questions until the month rolls over, and the Support page says so in plain words. It is not something you did, it is not tied to your plan, and there is nothing to pay or configure: it resets automatically. Sending a ticket to a person works exactly as before while the assistant is paused, and so does email.
How do I send a ticket to a person?
On the Support page, choose Send a ticket, add a subject and a description, and send. If the assistant could not answer, it offers to send that conversation along; the transcript is attached to the ticket so you do not have to repeat yourself. Tickets go to the ChAImp support team, who reply by email to the address on your account.
